I promote teamwork and streamline processes to make every patient feel valued from their first visit onward. Outside work, I enjoy continuous learning in healthcare and contributing to community health initiatives. With their children grown, they now focus on activities that bring joy, such as staying active through gym visits and long walks. Climbing Snowdon and Ben Nevis are highlights, providing a sense of achievement and reminding them of the importance of pursuing passions that nourish the soul.
