First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP) 

Rimsha Haider is an experienced and compassionate First Contact Practitioner (FCP) with a strong background in musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation, and patient-centred care. She is committed to helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain effectively, and achieve better overall wellbeing through evidence-based physiotherapy and personalised treatment plans.

Rimsha holds a Master’s degree in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy, a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, and a Master’s degree in Special Education. Her diverse educational background allows her to support patients with a wide range of physical and individual needs while delivering holistic and empathetic care.

In addition to her clinical qualifications, Rimsha is a trained Injection Therapist and has completed Supervisor Training. She has also undertaken specialist training in taping techniques for pain management, rehabilitation, and injury recovery.

As an FCP, Rimsha works closely with patients to provide early assessment, education, self-management advice, and appropriate treatment pathways. She is passionate about empowering patients and creating a supportive environment where individuals feel listened to, respected, and confident in their recovery journey.

Outside of work, Rimsha is a proud mother of three who enjoys travelling, meeting new people, and exploring different cultures. Her warm and approachable personality helps her build strong relationships with both patients and colleagues.
