Zain Hamid

Hello, my name is Zain Hamid, and I am a First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP) based in Coventry. My professional background which started back in Pakistan, spans a diverse range of clinical environments, including rotational physiotherapy within multidisciplinary hospital settings, specialized MSK sports physiotherapy with the Pakistan Hockey Federation, and FCP roles across various NHS practices in Leicester and now in Coventry.
 I believe pivoting towards a more clinic centered role is widely supported from my qualities of active listening and building trust with the patients. Either you send a player back to the field or a patient back to his normal work it is equally rewarding. 

Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to continuous professional development to deliver advanced patient assessments and effective rehabilitation. And always keen to address altered biomechanical factors contributing to different conditions. Dedicated to providing safe, professional, and patient-centered care at the initial point of contact, my clinical expertise is backed by certifications in various MSK specialties, Kinesio taping, and dry needling, while actively progressing toward my FCP portfolio. 
As a member of the Physio and Health Matters team, I look forward to utilising my skills to foster a supportive, clinically excellent rehabilitation environment for our patients.
