I went after being in bed for a week, the physios expertise was obvious, having been driven there as I was unable to get there myself I could have skipped out, my issue was diagnosed, I had some treatment from deep tissue massage and stretching and I was good to go. I was given follow up home exercises and went back for follow up appointments. Recent I injured myself working out on my shoulder and went back and had excellent treatment again. I really recommend it and can’t beleive people struggle with issues and don’t go. It’s well worth the money the even have half price diagnosis at the moment
