Physio and Health Matters was set up in 2000 with the aim of providing high-quality physiotherapy services to the local community.  Our Knowle site was obtained in 2021.

We have a team of physiotherapists at this clinic which all have a range of specialties, so we can cater to your unique needs. Whether you’re suffering from an injury or just want to improve your overall health, our team is here to help.

  • Tuesday: 9am – 6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 9am – 6:30pm
  • Thursday: 9am – 5.30pm
  • Friday: 9am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am-2:30pm

How to find us

When turning right into Station Road from the High Street in Knowle, there is a bank of shops immediately on the left with a service road, turn in here and go between David Aitchison Menswear and Simon Paul Hair & Beauty, we are at the rear of the building on the right.

If coming from the Dorridge direction, the bank of shops is on the right at the end of Station Road, (then follow the instructions above).

Parking – we have three spaces immediately outside the clinic indicated by company signage. Alternatively, parking is free in the service road at the front of the shops for up to an hour.

Assessment

The physiotherapist will take a history and conduct a physical examination.

Diagnosis

The findings will then be discussed with you and a diagnosis made.

Treatment Plan

A treatment plan will be compiled taking into consideration your goals and expectations. The physiotherapist will discuss prognosis and any further investigation that they feel you may need.

Physiotherapy

Your treatment will commence. This may include manual therapies such as mobilisation or massage, pain relief and anti-inflammatory treatment.
