Hi, I’m Varsha. I hold a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from India and a Master’s in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), I am a firm believer in empowering my patients to actively participate in their recovery. I provide holistic care that addresses their individual needs and goals, and I am passionate about treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
My professional journey has taken me from various private and government setups in India to the UK. I have treated a wide range of illnesses, including spinal disorders, fractures, sports injuries, low back pain, and whiplash. My experience in treating these conditions has honed my skills and deepened my understanding of physiotherapy.
My dedication to physiotherapy is complemented by a deep passion for Yoga. I firmly believe in its potential as a fantastic complementary approach to the healing process for many aches and pains. It uplifts not just the body, but the mind as well, and I am deeply committed to incorporating this holistic approach into my practice.
Outside of my professional life, I am a person of diverse interests. I find joy in dancing, practicing yoga, reading books, and spending quality time with my loved ones here in the UK. These activities not only bring balance to my life but also inspire me in my professional journey.

The Physio James Davies in my initial assessment had a structured plan to find out the cause of my back pain and to reduce / eliminate the pain.A plan also to strengthen the muscles.Posted on Google Jennifer FodenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Aqsa is an excellent physio. She is very knowledgable and very thorough in her approach. Her manner is very pleasant . I have every confidence in her ability to help me move more easily. I would highly recommend Physio and Health Matters BromsgrovePosted on Google Marie BakerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Treatment was in Worcester, James was amazing, he was able to explain my condition and gave me a good amount of exercises to complete. Adapting them to my needs. I fully recommend James, listened to my requirements and helped with all my needs. Very empathetic.Posted on Google Rob HollowayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had sent a link direct to the company and received a reply asking me to paste my comments via a link. Have tried unsuccessfully so in respect to James I will write a similar here. I had suffered pain/weakness in my right knee for some time and was at a low level when I was referred via my doctor to James at a clinic on the outskirts of Worcester . Optimism was low and after my first visit I found a fresh energy. Discussed fully with James and we discussed an exercise/care plan the exercises which were demonstrated to me and practised at our meeting. I went away possibly only a bit hopeful at this stage but I found that James support and encouragement at our meetings helped immensely.. I also bought a couple of items a dumbell and some stretching strips (I even saw the England Team useing later at warm up) which helped with my progression. Patient input is very important during the consultancy ie doing exercises etc to bear fruition. I also found that James to be very knowledgeable and had a great rapport with me. It is probably about six weeks since my last meeting and I still do the exercises prescribed. I have them set up at various points around the house and stop off as I pass by. I carry on my life quite normally walking gardening etc with hardly a twinge. My sessions really brought home the value of “core strength” and I know that regular moderate exercise will continue my improvement. Thank you James and the teamPosted on Google Bob SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. James was a tremendous help. He listened carefully to what I had to say, and we worked on exercises that have really helped with my shoulder issue. His instructions were very clear, and he demonstrated each exercise to make sure I understood what was needed. Altogether a good experience and I would highly recommend James to anyone in need of physio.Posted on Google Elizabeth LallyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
