Hi, I’m Jamal Nasar, a dedicated and compassionate MSK physiotherapist, proud to be part of the amazing team at Physio and Health Matters since December 2024. I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong focus on manual therapy techniques and evidence-based treatments to help my patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their quality of life.
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in Pakistan and went on to earn a master’s degree in advanced Physiotherapy from the University of Salford Manchester, UK. I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), committed to maintaining high professional standards in my clinical practice.
My areas of expertise include manual therapy, hands-on treatment and developing tailored rehabilitation programmes that put patient needs at the centre of care. I am passionate about staying up to date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and continuously enhancing my skills to deliver the best outcomes for my patients.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, spending quality time with family and friends. These moments help me recharge and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
