Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the clinicians day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
NHS clients will be discharged if 2 or more appointments are missed – any additional treatment or stock purchased outside of the NHS remit (for example extra treatment sessions/therabands/Orthotics) will incur a cost.

- Package 1: 60 Minute Initial assessment plus 2 x 45 Minute Follow up appointments. – £215.00
- Package 2: 60 Minute Initial assessment plus 5 x 45 Minute Follow up appointments. – £417.00
