Treatments

Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

Our Orthopaedic Physiotherapy is for patients who have traumatic injuries or orthopaedic conditions relating to bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves. These include hip, knee and shoulder replacements, as well as fractures.

  • The typical conditions and injuries we treat include:
  • Hip, knee, and shoulder replacements
  • Routine joint surgery, such as knee arthroscopies and shoulder stabilisation
  • Fractures, such as those affecting hips and ankles
  • Injuries sustained through falling (these might not necessarily be fractures)

We provide rehabilitation, exercises, advice, walking aids and other equipment if it’s required. We can also help with pre surgical exercises to help get the muscles as robust as possible prior to having surgery. This aid recovery times and regaining function.

If you have had an orthopaedic procedure give us a call to see how we can help
