One-off power hour – £65 (usual price £80)

A dynamic hour of coaching with advice and strategies.  Great if you just need some practical tips in the right direction.  Preceded by a 20 minute discovery call to ensure your hour is focussed on solutions.


4hr package – £235 (usual price £295)

Understand your eating behaviour and how to create lasting changes. Spread over 4-6 weeks to embed the learning and behaviour change.  Includes a psychological profile to gain understanding at a deeper level.  Follow up notes and supporting documents also provided. Unlimited text access during the programme.


10hr package – £545 (usual price £675)

A comprehensive option to improve eating behaviours and break dieting patterns.  Perfect if you have long-standing issues with food or a large amount of weight to lose.  Spread over at least 12 weeks, you stay connected and accountable to make a lasting change.  Includes psychological profile and a nutritional assessment of your current diet. Follow up notes and supporting documents provided.  Unlimited text access during the programme.

Lori is a qualified coach in Nutrition and Weight Management, Behaviour Change and Neuro Linguistic Programming.  She has had her own chronic experiences with eating issues and specialises in improving yo-yo dieting, emotional and overeating.
