Do you need support with your weight and your eating?

The recent lockdown has been challenging for many people in different ways. If you’ve found yourself eating in response to your emotions, you’ve gained weight and feel worried about a loss of control around food, Ross Physio and Health matters has a service which can help you.

The Mindful Eating Clinic has now resumed, giving support remotely over the internet, or on the phone. You can also visit the face to face Clinic, at the Ross on Wye practice every Thursday*.

You can gain control of your eating and manage your weight with some expert help. Our consultant Lori Weber coaches using her own experience of successfully treating a difficult relationship with food. She is qualified in nutrition principles, the science of weight management, behaviour change and eating psychology. Lori coaches in a non-judgemental and practical way, giving you relevant tools to directly help your particular issues. The Clinic works on a non-diet basis to retrain your thinking to change how you behave around food, for good – you can learn how to manage your eating and your weight without restricting certain foods or being on a diet.
